The project’s distinctive architectural design exudes modern comfort and attention to detail while perfectly catering to the lifestyle needs of city dwellers. Copper tones add a vibrant energy throughout the property, complemented by the crisp green of sprawling gardens – almost 4 rai in size – that encompass vast communal facilities. Whatever your speed, XT HuaiKhwang is fully equipped to accommodate.
XT Huaikhwang redefines the way time is spent at home, with extraordinary spaces designed to facilitate all of your favourite pastimes. A multipurpose area surrounding the lobby provides innumerable outlets for inspiration, linking the main Lobby Lounge and Work & Play Lobby to the XT Co-Sharing space, Photo Studio, Arts & Crafts Studio, Cooking Studio and Co-Working area. The outdoor facilities on the Ground Floor open up even more possibilities. The Active Zone is perfect for those who enjoy running outdoors, with a 500-metre track that incorporates a variety of feature stations, as well as a pétanque terrain, speed-running track, and a children’s play area. Huai Khwang  – which has come to be known as Bangkok’s ‘New Chinatown’ – is a neighbourhood that offers city-wide accessibility while catering to a slower pace of life.

Located adjacent to Bangkok’s new CBD, this up-and-coming district is the perfect backdrop for a life of leisure, offering convenience and a fantastic array of amenities.

The area also provides unrivalled connectivity, with the MRT crossing along the west side of Huai Khwang and connecting to Phetchaburi, Rama 9 and Sukhumvit. Traffic in the area will be further eased by the construction of a new tunnel that will allow vehicles to circumvent peak-hour build-ups. The Sirat Expressway, leading to Suvarnabhumi International Airport, is also easily accessible via Rama 9 Road.

This ‘New Chinatown’ has increased in popularity over the last several years among both locals and foreigners due to its lower cost of living. The neighbourhood is also surrounded by entertainment and shopping complexes that offer a diverse variety of dining and retail options, as well as a cinema and other convenient facilities.

One of the greatest draws of Huai Khwang is its incredibly popular weekday night market, which has a rustic charm and avoids the blinding neon lights of typical inner-city markets. Huai Khwang is only expected to rise in popularity in the foreseeable future. As the area continues to garner greater attention, large corporations and businesses will follow suit, eager to move into the area.
